Georgina (Gina ) Sosa is an experienced Miami and South Florida real estate advisor and Broker Associate with Douglas Elliman, bringing 20 years of experience representing buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across luxury residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, and development-related transactions. With an MBA, a strong mortgage and finance foundation, and designations including SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist), PSA® (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and AI Certified, through the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), she offers a disciplined, numbers-forward approach to pricing, leverage, risk, and long-term value, paired with refined service, discreet counsel, and results-focused in negotiations.
Gina also brings business brokerage experience, having represented the sale of operating businesses, and she works with seller clients to position properties for redevelopment opportunities when strategy and timing align. Before real estate, she held senior leadership roles in engineering, logistics, sales, and finance, including with a firm that transformed the industry through innovation and technology, where she led cross-functional teams across the United States and Latin America.
Active in industry leadership, Gina served on the HOA and Affordable Housing Committee (2025) and was appointed by Florida Realtors to the Business and Legislative Think Tank (2026), giving her clients an added advantage through policy awareness and timely market insight. She works with domestic and international clients and is fluent in Spanish, supported by a trusted network of professionals.
Her earlier work included the 2016 documentary film The Sun Rises on the Truth, featuring personal testimonials about the lasting impact of the 1959 Cuban Revolution.
